This workshop discusses the key steps to successful annual business planning. We review the Vision and Mission of your business, as key components, as well as discuss the importance of being strategic in your approach to planning. You will learn how to identify and develop winning goals and objectives for your business as you finish 2018, and build a strategic plan for 2019. This is a great business building session for any small business.
