Step 1
Website Review Video
If you have an existing website, we begin by assessing what’s done well and how it can be improved. Our primary guide is the 16 Must Haves of a Small Business Website. We walk through your website on screen, and show examples too.
Step 2
Free Design
After the review, you’ll get the opportunity to refine the tactics that fit your business best through our mockup of your website. The mockup will show how your website will actually look with these concepts applied.
Step 3
Kickoff Meeting
With your signature on the proposal and a small down payment, we can schedule your Kickoff Meeting to start your new website. In two hours or less, you’ll sit down with your Project Coordinator and go through the design and content of your website.
Step 4
Collaborate
Personalize your website! With your input, we’ll mold your content together to help your website “talk” to your prospects & customers. And as you gather images and wording for your website, we’ll be working in the background to build out features and pages. This step takes 2 weeks.
Step 5
Content Review
Two hours. Your Project Coordinator will review the new design with you for feedback. You provide your finalized content or we work together to finalize it.
Step 6
Final Build
Within two weeks, we will update your website with the final content and prepare it to go live.
Step 7
Final Review
One hour typically. A comprehensive meeting with your Client Representative to go over every piece of the website.
Step 8
Launch
Within about one week we’ll complete the final revisions and follow our extensive Launch checklist to ensure your website is ready and visible to the world!

Support
Every website package we offer includes the key ongoing website hosting & support services that a micro-business needs in order for their website succeed.
