Just wanted to make everyone aware of two great opportunities for small businesses in Fredericksburg in the next couple weeks.

The first opportunity is coming up one week from today. Put together by the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce the Business Expo is an opportunity to advertise or connect with other businesses in the Fredericksburg area. You don’t have to be a CoC member to visit or display. It’s also an opportunity for employees and customers to make connections with multiple businesses as well. Employer Open House at VWC

The next opportunity takes place a little later in the month at the Virginia Workforce Center in Massaponax. The Workforce Center offers a lot of free services for businesses. The 2 hour open house is a great opportunity to quickly learn about some of those free services, as well as meet the staff that would be supplying them. They will of course have refreshments and give one-on-one tours of their facilities. There will be free printing services, computer support, and we will also be there offering complimentary website support. Put it on your calendar and come learn about the Virginia Workforce Center on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014 from 8 to 10 AM.
